Unlike the previous permission, a user with Security Administrator permission cannot manage licenses. They will only be able to view the licenses assigned to their clients, provided they belong to groups they have permission on.
The user can:
Change their own credentials.
Manage groups and delete those groups they have permissions on.
Use the Comment field to enter additional information about clients.
Remove entries from the error list displayed in the Error details window.
The user can:
Access the license assignment history and view the licenses assigned to clients belonging to groups they have permission on. However, they won't be able to clear the clients' assignment history.
The user can:
Access the Web consoles of the clients they have permissions on (with total control permissions).
Manage automatic updates of end client profiles.
Send reports to clients in the groups accessible to them.
Generate extended executive reports for those clients they have permissions on.
Modify and delete extended executive report send tasks, provided they have permission on ALL the clients affected by the task.
View the profiles of the clients they have permissions on and assign additional profiles to them by copying configuration profiles.
