Introduction

 

Sometimes, when managing your clients and their security services, you may need to delete some of them.

When deleting clients or services, you may be able to recover some or all of the licenses that were assigned to them and use them for other clients/services.

To delete a client or their services, go to the Client details window. You can do this by clicking the client's name anywhere where it appears as a hyperlink, for example in the Monitoring section of the Status window.

When is deleting a client or their services not allowed?

  1. With full licenses of Email Protection, Cloud Protection or Internet Protection.

  2. When the service is permanent.

  3. It is impossible to delete a client if any of their services cannot be deleted.

  4. If you have monitoring or security administrator permissions.
