You can purchase licenses of for Windows/Linux or for OS X. Based on your needs, you can install the protection on your computers, uninstall it, remove computers from the list of protected computers, add computers to the list, etc.
As you use your licenses, the number of available licenses will decrease.
Your licenses of for Windows/Linux can be used interchangeably on Windows or Linux computers.
If you want to protect your OS X workstations and servers you'll have to purchase specific licenses for OS X computers, which are different from the licenses purchased for Linux or Windows computers.

Install the protection on a computer
A license of for Windows/Linux or for OS X will be subtracted from the total number of available licenses, depending on the operating system on which you install the protection.
Remove a computer from the list of protected computers
A license of for Windows/Linux or for OS X will be added to the total number of available licenses, depending on the operating system of the computer you remove.
Reduce by 'X' the number of contracted licenses
The solution will blacklist as many Windows/Linux or OS X computers as licenses you delete.
Different warnings will appear in the notifications area depending on the proximity of the expiration date: if there are less than 60 days remaining, if the expiration date has passed or if, after license expiration, you will be left with fewer licenses than those currently used.
These notifications are different depending on the operating system of the computers whose licenses are about to expire. That is, warnings regarding licenses of for Windows/Linux, and for OS X appear separately.
Note: In both cases you can renew your licenses by contacting your usual reseller or sales advisor. will display a reminder in the Status window. When the 60-day period is over, you will have an additional 15-day grace period to renew your licenses. After this, you will not be able to renew them.
A Windows/Linux/OS X computer can be blacklisted manually, or automatically when you try to install the protection on it once the maximum number of installations allowed has been exceeded, or when the license has expired. Automatic blacklisting also occurs when any restrictions placed on a group are exceeded. These restrictions can be configured in the Preferences window.
Blacklisted computers don't update. Also, they are not taken into account in the statistics, reports and scans carried out by . However, the computer license will not be added to the total number of licenses used, but will be subtracted from it.
Note: A computer can only be removed from the blacklist when there are licenses available and it has been blacklisted manually.
