Adaptive Defense provides several remediation tools that allow administrators to resolve the issues found in the protection, detection and monitoring phases of the adaptive protection cycle.
Some of these tools are automatic and don't require administrator intervention, whereas others require the execution of certain actions from the Web console.
All of the remediation tools provided by Adaptive Defense can be used from the Web console without having to physically go to the affected user's computer, thus saving time and travel costs.
These are the tools available for their type (manual/automatic):
Type: Manual.
Purpose: To disinfect computers affected by both conventional and advanced malware particularly resilient to removal.
Type: Manual.
Purpose: To force computers to restart to apply updates, finish manual disinfection tasks, and fix protection errors.
Type: Manual.
Purpose: Remote control tools for accessing infected computers.
