The Computers window indicates which computers have remote access tools installed through an icon in the Remote access column.
If a computer has only one tool installed, click the icon to access it. Enter the relevant credentials and connect to it. For example, if a computer has a VNC tool installed:
Enter the credentials for the tool from the Computers window or in the Preferences window.
However, if the computer has multiple remote access tools installed, placing the mouse pointer over the icon will display all of them. Select one to access the computer remotely.
If a computer has more than one VNC tool installed, you will have to use them in the following order of priority: 1-RealVNC, 2-UltraVNC, 3-TightVNC.
Go to the Computers window and click the computer's name. You will be taken to the Computer details window.
The Remote access section will display the icons of the different remote access tools installed on the computer.
To access the computer, click the icon of the remote access tool that you want to use. Enter the relevant credentials and access the computer.
