The Status window will display the partner-managed service associated to the client.
If the client has more than one product contracted, clicking the icon to the right of the client's name will take you to the Panda Cloud console, from which you will be able to access all of the client's products.
If the client has only one product contracted, clicking the icon to the right of the client's name will take you to that product's console. If the client has Systems Management contracted, as you are the service provider that manages and offers the service to the client, you will be able to access the product's console.
If the client has purchased a product under this management model, the text "(Managed)" will appear after the product's name in the console. For example: "Systems Management (Managed)".
In this case, the service is managed by your client. You are the service provider that simply provides the client with the security solution they need, but it is the client that accesses and uses it according to their needs.
The different consoles will be accessed as follows:
If a client purchases a single product other than Systems Management, Fusion or Fusion with AD360, clicking the icon to the right of the client's name will take you to the product they have purchased.
If a client purchases full licenses of Systems Management, Fusion or Fusion with AD360, and you click the icon to the right of the client's name you will not be able to access the product's console. A message will be displayed indicating that you cannot access the relevant solution. However, If the Systems Management or Fusion licenses are trial licenses instead of full licenses, access to the console will be permitted.
If the client has more than one product contracted, clicking the icon to the right of the client's name will take you to the Panda Cloud console.
To change the Systems Management, Fusion or Fusion with AD360 license management mode, go to the Client details window.
