Introduction

The Status window is the first one you see when accessing the console for the first time.

It displays the number of licenses that you have for the different types of operating systems, which ones have expired and which ones are close to expiring. In the case of the licenses for Windows/Linux computers, you can activate more licenses if required.

Additionally, the window shows two panes with the number of detections made by the protection installed on the different computers, by type and by source.

If you still have not installed the protection on any of your computers, the window will display a message prompting you to install it from the Computers window.

Obviously, there will not be much information available in the Status window until you have computers with the protection installed.

The Status window is divided into three sections: Notifications, Licenses and Detections.

Notifications

This area is only displayed when there are issues that may be of interest to you, such as the availability of new product versions, warnings about technical incidents, messages about the status of your licenses -both for OS X and Windows/Linux computers-, or any critical issue that requires your attention.

When your licenses expire your computers will cease to be protected, and it would be advisable to buy more licenses by contacting your reseller or sales advisor.

Web access control

If you have licenses you will have been able to configure the Web access control feature in the profile settings window.

The Status window will display statistics on websites visited and give you access to detailed information about it.
