This table shows the available options to assign virtual licenses to existing clients from the Partner Center Web console:
Upgrade and downgrade operations are used when the client wants to change their product. The service end date will be the CURRENT DATE plus the duration of the new product (1, 2 or 3 years). In this case, the number of unused licenses will be returned to your stock.
Renewal operations are used when the client wants to extend the duration of their current product. The new end date will be the previous end date plus the duration of the new product. This operation must be performed some days before the current subscription expiration date. Otherwise, it will be considered a license upsell.
Cross-sell operations are used when the client wants to add a new product. This operation doesn't have any effect on the end dates of the other products they already have.
The red cells represent renewal, upgrade or downgrade operations not available for the relevant product combination.
Clients with "Upgrade/renew Fusion with AD360" licenses can be assigned Fusion licenses and then Adaptive Defense 360 licenses.
