Introduction

 

The Status window is divided into two areas: Licenses and Monitoring.

This window is designed to let you see at a glance the general status of your licenses, whether your clients' licenses have expired or are close to expiring, and the status of the protection installed on your clients' computers.

If there are news you should be aware of, like new product versions or warnings about technical issues, a section called Notifications will appear at the top of the window.

 

Licenses

The My available licenses section shows the status of all of your Panda Security product licenses, as well as their type and duration.

Click a solution's name to access a Web page with detailed information about the relevant product.

For more information on license management, refer to the My licenses section in this Help file.

The My clients' licenses section shows the number of your clients' licenses that have expired or will expire soon (within the next 60 days).

To get a full list with all the information, click the More information link. This list, in Excel format, includes the following data: client, identifier, group, number of licenses, product, expiration date, and indicates whether the client's licenses are automatically renewed or not.

 

Monitoring

The Monitoring section shows the status of all of your clients. For more information about this feature, refer to the Monitoring clients section.
