For detailed information about computers blacklisted for lack of sufficient licenses, check the list that you can export from the Monitoring section in the main window of the Web console.
This information only refers to the number of computers that have been blacklisted automatically due to lack of sufficient licenses. Computers manually blacklisted by the administrator are not taken into consideration.
Blacklisted computers do not get protection updates. Additionally, they are not taken into account in the statistics, reports and scans carried out by Partner Center.
Blacklisted computers' licenses do not count towards the total number of licenses used.
Blacklisted computers are automatically whitelisted as soon as the client has enough licenses.

The information about the number of blacklisted computers is only available for clients with products based on Endpoint Protection (Endpoint Protection, Endpoint Protection Plus, Endpoint Protection for OS X, Adaptive Defense, Adaptive Defense 360 and Fusion).
In the case of clients with Endpoint Protection and Endpoint Protection for OS X licenses, blacklisted computers will be shown separately based on the operating system.
If a client has Fusion and Endpoint Protection Plus licenses, the information about blacklisted computers will be shown in the Endpoint Protection Plus section. If a client has licenses of Fusion but not Endpoint Protection Plus, the information about blacklisted computers will be shown in the Fusion section.
