If you have several license contracts -either for Windows, Linux or OS X computers-, this window will show you the closest expiration date of all your licenses, the number of licenses that need to be released, and a warning indicating that once the expiration date is exceeded the affected computers will be automatically blacklisted.
You can choose between releasing the number of licenses that you need from the first computers that had the protection installed or the last. Use the Release licenses of menu and click Apply. You will see a list with as many computers as licenses need to be released.
This is the default tab. It displays the list of computers whose licenses will be released and therefore will cease to be administered.
If the licenses that are about to expire are licenses of for Windows/Linux, the window will display computers with this operating systems only. If the licenses to expire were licenses of for OS X, the window would display computers with this operating system only.
The information is divided into four columns: Computer, Group, Installation date, and Insertion. The Insertion column displays the term Automatic if the computer was selected by you through the Release licenses of drop-down menu, or Manual if it comes from the Managed computers tab. To exclude a computer from the list of computers whose licenses will be released, select the relevant checkbox and click Exclude.
The Options menu lets you search for specific computers, indicating the time when the protection was installed on them.
This tab displays the computers that you administer. If you want to add any of them to the list of affected computers, select the relevant checkbox and click Add and the computer will be moved to the list of affected computers. The Insertion column will display Manual.
If the licenses that are about to expire are licenses of for Windows/Linux, the window will display the computers with this operating systems only. If the licenses to expire were licenses of for OS X, the window would display the computers with this operating system only.
Finally, after the expiration date, as many computers as licenses have been released will be sent from the affected computers list to the blacklist.
