Creating groups

lets you group computers and apply the same protection profile to the whole group.

Creating a group

1. Click Computers.

2. Click the icon

3. Enter a name for the group you want to create and select the protection profile to assign to it.

4. Click Add. The new group will be added to the tree.

• Bear in mind that the maximum number of groups that you can add is 6.

• Remember that you cannot create groups whose name matches that of another group on the same level.

Assigning computers to groups

Follow the steps below to assign computers to a group:

1. Select the computer/computers that you want to assign from the computer list.

2. Click Move.

3. Select the group/subgroup to move the computers to.

4. Click Move.

5. If you have administrator permissions you won't be able to assign computers. For information about permissions, refer to the Types of permissions section in this Help.

6. If you try to move computers to a group that has reached the maximum number of allowed installations, a message will be displayed informing you that the operation could not be completed.
